If you name guardians for your children, talk to them. Nobody should find out from a court that they were chosen to raise someone else's kids.

It is important to talk to those people. If you name guardians for your kids, talk to them, so they don't find out about it from court that they've been named guardians for your child. And so talk to them first about it.
