Let's go back to our scenario with the Andersons. Two outcomes, same one and a half million dollars.

They don't do anything. Nothing changes. They have what they have. Twelve to eighteen months in probate court, hopefully, if only that. Fifty-six thousand dollars in statutory fees. The estate becomes public record. Anything going through court is public.
